Mandy Hamilton is a published psychology researcher turned transformational coach, sound healer, and breathwork facilitator. Her background spans behavior-change research, professional athletics, and leadership roles in Tech and Venture Capital.
She brings a wide range of training, including certifications in Peak Experience Integration, Master Practitioner Neuro-Linguistic Programming, Breathwork, 300-Hour Sound Healing, and a three-year Shamanism Apprenticeship.
Mandy’s work blends modern science with ancient wisdom, using a multi-modality, experiential approach to support deep healing and consciousness expansion. She is passionate about helping people feel fully at home in their mind, body, and spirit.
