Listen to these free meditations made exclusively for Nidra.

At Nidra, we believe deep rest is more than sleep — it’s a gentle reconnection to yourself. Our curated audio meditations guide you into a state of calm presence, where every breath, every moment, becomes an invitation to soften, surrender, and restore.
Whether you seek to wash away the noise of a busy day, gently reset before sleep, or simply reconnect with inner calm, these Nidra practices hold space for your rest. Let the body soften, the mind quiet, and the heart remember its rhythm.
With our meditations, you don’t have to “empty” your mind or “force” peace — you only need to let go. And as you return to wakefulness, you carry that spaciousness, clarity, and grounded ease into whatever comes next.
Join us in rediscovering the subtle power of presence, rest, and inner stillness.
